It starts with your main entry: cleanliness and the employee behind the counter. I met a woman behind the counter who was very helpful upon arrival. Being retired from the FDA in Sanitation for a very long time, this facility cares for the HEALTH OF OTHERS. It all starts with "CUSTOMER RELATIONS". And I must say this facility is one of them. We had the king bed and it was super big, super comfy and we had a great night sleep. The breakfast was also good. We loved the waffle maker facility and the warm oatmeal. The shower had strong pressure, nice warm/hot water and the provided amenities were good. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Everything was clean, staff were friendly and professional. I can’t think of anything that disappointed me other than no peanut butter for my bagel (which Is totally fine). The AC worked, the bed was super comfortable. Would stay again
